Equipment

  • 1 Blender High-speed blender preferred for smooth consistency

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium kiwi
  • ½ cup non-fat yogurt
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • ¼ cup coconut water or filtered water

Instructions

  • Add the frozen strawberries, chopped kiwi, and non-fat yogurt to your blender.
  • Pour in the ice cubes and coconut water (if using).
  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust texture by adding more ice or water if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry or kiwi slice. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Customize Your Sweetness: This smoothie uses the natural sweetness of fruit, but if you prefer a sweeter blend, add a small amount of honey, agave, or a banana.
  • Vegan Option: Replace non-fat yogurt with a plant-based yogurt (like coconut or almond yogurt) to make this recipe 100% vegan.
  • Make It a Meal: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, or a tablespoon of nut butter to turn it into a meal replacement or post-workout smoothie.
  • Texture Tip: If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of coconut water or almond milk. For a thicker texture, add more frozen strawberries or ice.
  • Storage: Best enjoyed immediately. However, you can store it in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
