Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 avocado ripe
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 0.5 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk and spinach to the blender first
  • Add strawberries, avocado, and banana (if using).
  • Sprinkle in chia seeds or flaxseeds.
  • Toss in a few ice cubes if you prefer a chilled texture.
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with sliced strawberries or chia seeds, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter smoothie, add ½ banana or 1–2 pitted dates.
  • Want extra protein? Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or Greek yogurt.
  • To make it extra cold and refreshing, use frozen strawberries or frozen banana.
  • Add a splash of lime or lemon juice to help preserve color if prepping in advance.
  • Store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • For meal prep: freeze ingredients in smoothie packs, then blend with milk when ready.
  • This smoothie is naturally vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
