Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup ice cubes (Optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds.
  • Adjust texture if needed.
  • Pour into a glass or smoothie jar.
  • (Optional) Top with fresh fruit slices or garnish.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture.
  • Add more orange juice if too thick.
  • Optional: add protein powder or chia seeds.
  • Best served immediately.
  • No added sugar needed.
